By using this Site and submitting a quote request, you acknowledge and agree that ProHaul's sole role is to distribute your shipment request to one or more third-party carriers and brokers in our network so they can contact you directly with their own pricing and availability.
Any agreement for vehicle transport you enter into is between you and the carrier or broker you choose — not between you and ProHaul.
By accessing or using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

ProHaul does not guarantee that any carrier or broker will be available for your route, that pricing will match any estimate displayed on this Site, or that a shipment will be scheduled within any particular timeframe.
When you submit a quote request, your contact information and shipment details are shared with multiple third-party auto transport carriers and brokers — not a single matched provider. These companies are independent businesses. They may contact you directly by phone, text, or email to offer their own pricing and services.
ProHaul does not independently verify the licensing, insurance status, safety record, or business practices of every carrier or broker in its network. Before booking with any company that contacts you, we strongly encourage you to:
ProHaul is not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, performance, or conduct of any carrier or broker that contacts you.
By submitting the quote form on this Site, you expressly consent to be contacted by ProHaul and by the multiple third-party carriers and brokers who receive your information, by phone (including calls made using automated dialing equipment or prerecorded messages), text message, and email, regarding your vehicle shipment request.

To opt out of communications from ProHaul, reply "STOP" to any text message or contact us at info@prohaulautotransport.com. To opt out from individual carriers or brokers that contact you, follow the opt-out instructions they provide — they operate independently of ProHaul.
